Hello,

I’m Marissa — founder, climber, builder, and one of many hands bringing Rock River Dome Co. to life.

Inspired by the granite and GRIT of the American West, Rock River Dome Co. designs and manufactures geodesic dome kits. We believe in building structures meant to last — strong, and sustainable. Every dome is engineered for strength and shaped by adventure.

Our domes are crafted from high-grade aluminum — strong, lightweight, and naturally resistant to rust.

Why I Started This

As a climber with over a decade of experience, I needed a training tool to stay consistent: no one was making climbing structures that can be set up anywhere. I wanted to create something modular, and functional— domes that felt like art, shelter, and challenge all in one.

Her approach isn’t just about promotion — it’s about connection. Angeles crafts campaigns that reflect who we are and who we serve: climbers, creatives, adventurers, and people building something meaningful from the ground up.

From launching product storytelling to shaping our presence online and at events, she ensures our message stays rooted in the values we care about most — strength, freedom, and fun.

Bill Jordan

Bill is a former Marine with extensive jobsite management experience, bringing discipline, grit, and practical know-how to every stage of our build process. His background in high-pressure environments makes him a steady hand when it counts most. From prototyping to logistics, Bill helps ensure that every dome we ship is as tough and dependable as the people we serve.

Michele Bird

Michele has supported Rock River Dome Co. from day one — not just as an investor, but as a steady voice of trust, strategy, and calm. With a background in business management and a master’s degree in psychology, she brings a rare blend of insight and empathy to the table. Her ability to balance long-term vision with day-to-day decision-making has helped guide the company through its earliest stages of growth.

Devon Lucero, our logistics lead, keeps everything flowing smoothly from workshop to wilderness. Her coordination and calm under pressure make it possible to deliver domes on time, across rough terrain, and into the hands of our boldest customers.

Lucas Zerma, our technology expert, brought Rock River Dome Co. online with clarity and style. His design sense and technical finesse helped us build a digital home that reflects the spirit of our physical structures.
